RHI Holding Privé structures, funds and operates ventures across commerce, design, health and technology — with a single standard of rigor.
RHI Holding Privé began as a small consulting practice in Casablanca, helping founders untangle positioning, operations and growth at the same time. As the mandates got deeper the model changed: instead of advising from a distance, we started taking stakes, building the teams and running the plan alongside our partners.
Each company in the group keeps its own name and its own leadership; what it shares is access to the senior bench — the same strategists, security people and legal templates the larger companies use, drawn on at whatever depth the mandate is scoped for.
The rhino in the mark is not decoration. It is the temperament we look for in a founder before we agree to put our name next to theirs.
To put the boring infrastructure — governance, contracts, security, reporting — within reach of a company long before it could staff any of it itself.
Companies that are calm to run and hard to compete with: properly governed, honestly measured, and secure by default.

El Mehdi Idrissi Guenouni
Founder, RHI Holding Privé
“I built RHI Holding Privé around a simple conviction: most companies do not fail from a lack of ideas, they fail from a lack of structure. Our role is to bring calm, disciplined structure to bold ambition — capital, strategy and execution working as one. We move slowly on decisions and quickly on delivery, and we treat every partner brand as if it carried our own name.”
Discretion and honesty in every mandate, internal or external.
We measure what matters and publish it internally without spin.
Design, writing and engineering held to an uncompromising standard.
We operate alongside founders, not above them.
Fewer priorities, executed deeply, beat scattered ambition.
Research and scenario planning guide every capital decision.
